Reflection was set up in 2004 by Garry Matthews with the goal of offering professional creative design services to businesses based on ideas not budgets. Having experience in print and web design working for a leading design studio in the Midlands and later for a Global agency based in Australia allowed a diverse and insightful base in which to start Reflection. Since day one we pride ourselves on being a ‘no nonsense’ design agency and have grown over the years to accommodate the changing way businesses communicate with their clients.

Our clients vary from small local businesses to global organisations but they all get the same professional treatment. We work for Marketing agency’s, marketing managers and the decision makers and our services cover all aspects of what is required for a business to stay ahead of the competition.

We have grown in size as have our clients which is detriment to our goals and we are very happy to claim to have never lost a client. Often the initial introduction is for a specific project be it branding, marketing, web, print or multimedia and after working with us and seeing us deliver on the creative and productive sides a relationship is formed.
